- Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC)
A membership organization that promotes the protection, enjoyment, and wise use of the mountains, rivers, and trails of the Northeast. Although it does not own land near Yawgoog, it does maintain the Tippecansett Trail and the Rhode Island portion of the Narragansett Trail, both of which run through the Reservation. Its Narragansett Chapter serves Rhode Island.
- Audubon Society of Rhode Island (ASRI)
The Audubon Society of Rhode Island is a non-profit organization which owns and manages part of the Long and Ell Ponds area, which borders Yawgoog to the south.
- Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (CTDEP)
The state government agency that manages the Pachaug State Forest, which includes the Green Fall Pond area. The State Forest borders Yawgoog to the west.
- Connecticut Forest and Park Association (CFPA)
Although this non-profit organization does not own land near Yawgoog, it maintains hiking trails in Connecticut, including the western portion of the Narragansett Trail. It also maintains other trails that run through the Pachaug State Forest.
- The Nature Conservancy (TNC)
A non-political, non-profit organization that owns and operates conservation land in the United States and around the world. Through its Rhode Island chapter, it owns an manages part of the Long and Ell Ponds area. The organization has chapters nationwide.
- Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM)
The state agency that manages part of the Long and Ell Ponds area, as part of the state's Rockville Wildlife Management Area.
- Town of Hopkinton, Rhode Island
Rockville is a village in the Town of Hopkinton.
- Town of Voluntown, Connecticut
Voluntown borders Yawgoog to the west.

- American Hiking Society (AHS)
A membership organization that promotes and protects foot trails and the hiking experience.
- Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC)
A non-profit organization that maintains hiking trails throughout the Northeast, publishes books, and provides other services. The local chapter is the Narragansett Chapter.
- Connecticut Forest and Park Association (CFPA)
Maintains hiking trails in Connecticut, including the western portion of the Narragansett Trail. It also publishes the Connecticut Walk Book East, a trail guide.
- Countryman Press
Countryman Press publishes a number of hiking guides that cover New England, including Fifty Hikes in Connecticut and Walks and Rambles in Rhode Island.

- After Dark: A Boy Scout Comedy in Three Acts
Script of one of several plays written by J. Harold Williams. Originally performed at Yawgoog, the play was published by the National Council in 1931. Maintained by Rick Seymour.
- The Games Compendium
A collection of games suitable for Scouts. Created by the Bonaly Camping and Training Centre, Edinburgh, Scotland.
- Rhode Island Association of Camps (RIAC)
Yawgoog is a member of this organization of youth camps.
- Ure Outfitters
A Hope Valley retailer of equipment and supplies for outdoor activities, including hiking guides and waterproof maps. Online ordering is not available.
- Yawgoo Valley
A ski area, water park and golf course located in Exeter, Rhode Island. Apart from the similar names, there is no connection between Yawgoog Scout Reservation and Yawgoo Valley.
- There is also a Yawgoo Pond in South Kingstown and Exeter, Rhode Island and a Yawgoo Mill Pond in Exeter and North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
